I had the most peaceful sleep after 4 hours of Yoga during the day. I think I can get used to sleeping so peacefully and waking up like a baby. I had delicious mangoes and some milk for breakfast and started the day with a walk in the rice fields.
Yoga session started and I was feeling on top of the world. I looked fresh and I felt great.

Post morning yoga, we went to check out the hot springs followed by SingSing Waterfalls. I had a mini yoga session at the waterfalls followed by a quick dip in the water. It was truly refreshing.

We went for fruit shopping and had heart to heart convos with other yogis while walking in the lush green streets of Sesandan, Bali. One of them is leaving tonight :/

Post hot springs and waterfall, we were all pretty exhausted and sat down for some tea sipping ritual before we made our way to the evening yoga. Evening yoga was relatively short and was mostly meditating and some asanas. I will be sharing some of the poses (asanas) in the next blog.
