Hey Guys!! Today is April 26th and I'm done with 15 days of the 30 days Challenge of the #ThePlan (Summer-Body-Ready-Plan)

What have I done right?
Going strong on the Early to Bed & Early Morning Workout Routine
Going strong on the daily 50-Squats-with-12-kgs-weights Challenge
What have I done wrong?
Had a few snacks on one or two nights post 8/9 PM
What have I achieved so far?
Higher Energy and Activity Levels
What have I learnt? Work-Out Lessons
Working out every day (or 5 days a week) is not impossible at all - can do a quick workout each day!
Don’t necessarily need a Gym to work out
Cardio can be done at Home or in the Garden/Park
Cardio video - shared below (burpees kill me! :/)
If Goal is to Lose Weight = Cardio is Key
If Goal is to Gain Strength = Add some Weights
Reference Point= 15 – 20 mins Intense Cardio every day is enough to lose a few Pounds (<10 lbs) with a Clean Diet
What have I learnt? Food Lessons
Drink loads of Water (Lukewarm please!) – Boosts Metabolism
Breakfast is King – should Never be Missed

More Salads & Less Salad Dressings
More Fruits & Less Processed Sugars (Sorry Chocolate & Ice Cream lovers :/)
